The head office of Vertom Bereederungs is located in Neermoor, Germany. The company also has a location in Leek in the Netherlands, specialized in crew management.

Vertom Bereederungs is responsible for the technical management of ships that sail under the flag of the Netherlands, Antiqua or Barbados.
